The Rye

The Rye is a collection of ten apartments where architecture, craftsmanship and sustainability are considered as a whole. Designed, developed and delivered entirely in-house, the project reflects a consistent approach to material quality, detailing and contemporary living. Two distinct buildings are brought together through a shared architectural language of rooflines and a unifying concrete plinth, establishing a coherent presence on this prominent corner site. Internally, bespoke joinery, red quarry tiles and 10,000 handmade clay shingles produced by Petersen Tegl in Denmark reflect the care and craftsmanship that runs throughout the project.
